Continuing on with our celebrations of World Pasta Day, we bring you a delicious yet remarkably simple pasta dish that you can knock up in no time at all. Recreate a little Bo House magic in the comfort of your own home with this Penne Michelle O dish.
• 120g Penne pasta
• 150g Prawns
• 5g Chopped Garlic
• 5g Chopped Onion
• 10g Butter
• 100ml Cream
• 20g Jalapenos
• 200g Peeled tomato
• Place the pasta in water, add salt to taste and boil
• Add the prawns, onion, garlic and jalapenos to a frying pan and sauté for three to four minutes or until onions are brown
• Remove from pan and mix together with drained pasta, cream and tomato
• Stir well, serve hot and enjoy!
